Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. You will manage client communications coordinate service delivery and work closely with internal teams to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries and communications
Manage orders updates and follow-ups with precision and professionalism
Resolve client concerns and provide timely effective solutions
Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
Collaborate with internal departments (design logistics sales) to ensure timely delivery of services
Provide input to enhance client experience and internal processes
Prepare service reports and assist in client account reviews
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field (preferred)
12 years of experience in client service account coordination or administrative support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a professional and positive attitude
