We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Account Coordinator to join our Dallas team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring timely delivery of services resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for client success and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Coordinate and manage service requests ensuring timely resolution
Monitor and track service delivery metrics and client satisfaction
Maintain and update client records and reports
Proactively identify client needs and present solutions
Assist in contract renewals and service agreements
Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field
2 years of experience in account coordination customer service or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
