We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all service interactions. Your communication skills attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in maintaining and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain client records and track service requests
Coordinate meetings updates and follow-ups with clients
Support client onboarding and orientation processes
Resolve issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
Assist in developing and improving customer service procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in client services or account coordination preferred
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
