Were seeking a strategic collaborative and high-impact Talent Acquisition leader to drive our hiring strategy across APAC and EMEA. As Senior Manager Talent Acquisition youll report to the VP of Talent lead a growing team of recruiters and partner closely with business and People & Culture leaders to shape the future of our regional talent landscape.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and grow a high-performing regionally dispersed recruiting team fostering a culture of trust agility and shared success.
- Drive executive and senior-level hiring acting as a strategic advisor to business and People & Culture leaders.
- Build robust sourcing strategies and talent pipelines leveraging market intelligence and global tools.
- Design and oversee early talent and internship programs in partnership with universities and internal stakeholders.
- Partner closely with APAC and EMEA business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce needs and represent regional priorities in global TA initiatives.
- Champion process excellence data-driven decision-making and consistent inclusive candidate experiences.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 810 years experience in Talent Acquisition or HR with 35 years leading multi-region or international teams.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Organizational Psychology or related field advanced degree a plus.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling recruiting functions in complex global environments experience in APAC and/or EMEA highly valued.
- Proven track record of executive hiring and effective collaboration with senior business stakeholders.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing talent mapping and early career program design.
- Proficiency in enterprise ATS/CRM systems (e.g. Workday LinkedIn Recruiter Smart Recruiters) and recruiting analytics.
- Strong influencing communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Deep commitment to inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences.
- A data-driven results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
