As Franchise Business Development Manager youll be at the heart of our success. You will:
- Recruit the best: Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework.
- Drive Performance: Achieve brilliant commercial results through regular business reviews pub visits and team meetings.
- Manage with Precision: Oversee Partner contractual obligations taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations.
