Grab Omnicommerce is a growing team responsible for growing Omnicommerce solutions in the market. We make an impact by making critical decisions to serve the lives of merchant partners and provide the best offers for our consumers. With the launch of our new Local Services division we are looking to target Spas Beauty & Wellness Clinics Fitness Centers etc to allow users of our app search select and transact at these businesses safely. Get to know the Role
We are looking for a business development Account Management Associate to bring Spas Beauty & Wellness Clinics Fitness Centers etc to our new business vertical. A successful candidate is result-oriented target-driven and has good communication & presentation skills. Prior experience in onboarding similar business to other platforms will be a very beneficial for this role.

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Bring leads and close Sales for Spas Beauty & Wellness Clinics Fitness Centers etc to grow the Local Services business
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a lead to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customers satisfaction and to maintain the companys reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales account management or business development - ideally within the beauty wellness or local services industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and manage merchant relationships.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and handling end-to-end sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
