Senior Systems Engineer

As a Senior Systems Engineer you will: 

• Plan and execute system upgrades and major changes in Microsoft infrastructure
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system availability and performance
• Develop and implement service automations
• Support strategic IT projects including cloud integrations and infrastructure enhancements
• Fulfill service requests and resolve technical incidents
• Collaborate with Network and Security teams on incidents projects and architecture
• Conduct technical assessments and evaluations
• Provide analysis and recommendations across teams on service functionality
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems services and processes.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• University or Technological Institute Degree in Computer Science or relative faculty
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in a relevant environment
• Proven experience working in large-scale infrastructure environments involving Microsoft core-infrastructure technologies
• Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft core infrastructure services including but not limited to Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and Microsoft Exchange/Email systems
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting 
• Demonstrated ability to design deploy maintain and troubleshoot these services in complex enterprise-scale environments
• Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
• Possess any MCSE certification.
