As a Senior Systems Engineer you will:
- Plan and execute system upgrades and major changes in Microsoft infrastructure
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system availability and performance
- Develop and implement service automations
- Support strategic IT projects including cloud integrations and infrastructure enhancements
- Fulfill service requests and resolve technical incidents
- Collaborate with Network and Security teams on incidents projects and architecture
- Conduct technical assessments and evaluations
- Provide analysis and recommendations across teams on service functionality
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems services and processes.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University or Technological Institute Degree in Computer Science or relative faculty
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in a relevant environment
- Proven experience working in large-scale infrastructure environments involving Microsoft core-infrastructure technologies
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft core infrastructure services including but not limited to Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy and Microsoft Exchange/Email systems
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
- Demonstrated ability to design deploy maintain and troubleshoot these services in complex enterprise-scale environments
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
- Possess any MCSE certification.
