Job Description

As we expand our team internationally we are seeking a Finance Analyst based in the Philippines. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking finance function with a focus on delivering timely accurate and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision making and continuous process enhancements.
As a valued member of the team you will:
- Support the monthly reporting cycle including preparation of management reports trend and variance analysis across multiple business units.
- Assist in delivering regular performance dashboards and KPI reporting packages ensuring clarity accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the finance and reporting teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting existing workflows standardising processes identifying automation opportunities and supporting implementation of changes.
- Maintain and enhance templates and tools used for forecasting planning and reporting leveraging Anaplan as applicable.
- Contribute to the annual budget process completion of periodic forecasts and ad-hoc information requests
Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA/CA desirable but not essential; candidates actively pursuing certification encouraged).
- 3-5 years of experience in analytical roles in finance or management reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced working with large data sets.
- Exposure to Anaplan Power BI or other planning/reporting tools is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with a process-oriented mindset and a strong willingness to learn.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative team-first attitude.
