Job Description

Job Title: Student Information System and Compliance Reporting Coordinator

Terms of Employment: 12 Months

Pay Grade: 123

Job Summary:

The purpose of this job is to manage and maintain the division Student Information System (PowerSchool SIS) and Student Enrollment Management System (PowerSchool Enrollment) and to comply with all required reporting.

Essential Duties

  1. Collects data reviews and submits division reports for local state and federal entities.
  2. Manages division Student Information System (PowerSchool SIS) and Student Enrollment Management System (PowerSchool Enrollment).
  3. Provides SIS training guidance and support to school administrators staff and teachers to ensure data integrity.
  4. Troubleshoots SIS and data-related issues.
  5. Synchronizes and/or uploads data to external educational databases and monitors for data continuity.
  6. Attends SIS state regional and national training opportunities.
  7. Performs related work as required.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications

Associates Degree or Technical Certification in Computer Science and four (4) years of experience managing and extracting data from a student information system for reporting purposes preferred.

Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license with an acceptable driving history.

Physical Demands

Performs sedentary work that involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
