Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with exceptional service and support. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current products services and policies.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools preferred.
