Event Support & Preparation:
Assist in planning organizing and preparing for dealership events
Transport and set up event supplies vehicles and branded materials
Ensure event areas are clean welcoming and fully stocked
Help manage event logistics on-site including customer interaction and support
Dealership Errands & Supply Management:
Make Walmart runs and supply trips as needed for snacks drinks paper goods and general dealership needs
Maintain inventory of break room/event supplies and restock as necessary
Sales Support & OnStar Activation: Top job priority- Information sheets will be provided on this entire process
Assist sales team with delivery day processes and customer coordination
Complete OnStar online enrollment for every new or qualifying used vehicle sold
Ensure the customer pushes the blue OnStar button in the vehicle during delivery
Guide the customer through mobile app setup and usage
Requesting customer reviews from recently sold customers either in person or via follow-up messages Google or Facebook
Telling every sold customer about our oil change offer $26 out the door no expiration and appointments must be made online
Asking for referrals from sold customers by encouraging them to send friends or family and reminding them of any referral rewards or incentives
Informing the customer that they will be receiving a survey from GM in their email-COMPLETELY SATISFIED
Marketing Material Management:
Monitor and maintain dealership marketing materials received from corporate or third-party vendors
Remove outdated signage and displays promptly
Install updated materials in showroom service areas and common spaces
Discard unnecessary or expired promotional items and keep spaces clean and current
Social Media Content Creation:
Create and manage TikTok accounts for both the Ford and Chevy stores in Vidalia
Film edit and publish entertaining and informative TikTok videos to increase engagement and reach
Create edit and publish regular Facebook video content for both storeshighlighting inventory promotions events and dealership culture
Stay current on trends and align content with brand tone and dealership goals
