Job Description
Sparta High School invites candidates to apply for the position of Varsity Boys Volleyball Head Coach for the 25-26 school year. Ideal candidates must have successful coaching experience preferably at the high school levelwith a proven ability to teach volleyball techniques and strategies to student-athletes at all levels of development. The Boys Varsity Volleyball Head Coach supports and provides assistance in the direction for the 9-12 Volleyball program under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director.
Responsibilities and Qualifications: Successful varsity level coaching experience preferred; Head coaching experience preferred; Bachelors degree or higher preferred; Knowledge of Volleyball strategies and techniques; Ability to work with other coaches and staff in a collaborative way; Well organized. Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; Off season work may be requested. Must attend all scheduled games and practices
