Job Description

Are you interested in leading growth initiatives for one of Amazons most significant and fastest growing businesses Selling Partners offer hundreds of millions of unique products and are a critical to delivering on our vision of offering the Earths largest selection and lowest prices. The Amazon Marketplace enables over 2 million third-party selling partners in eleven marketplaces to list their products for sale to Amazon customers across the world. Within our WW Marketplace business International Seller Services (ISS) oversees the recruiting and development of Selling Partners for all of our international marketplaces (e.g. UK Germany Japan Middle East etc.). ISS also enables global selling helping Sellers in one country expand and sell internationally.
You will manage this WW program working closely with multiple product and business teams across WW Amazon Stores. You will identify and implement critical mechanisms to manage implementation including goal performance business reviews cross-functional dependency management and multi-year planning. The role requires a detailed understanding of and ability to balance business strategy and large-scale global program/product and stakeholder management.
A candidate will have to influence across organizational boundaries creating alignment on collective goals interacting with senior leaders and driving progress. They will have the capability to analyze complex business data generate actionable insights drive cross-functional solutions and report progress to senior leadership. The leader will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and organizations. This role requires strong relationship building skills and sound business judgment. They will be an excellent communicator verbally and through writing enabling them to work successfully with diverse audiences on a broad spectrum of topics ranging from core program management activities to customer experience and seller experience. Balancing time between projects and rapid feedback is a critical component for success in the position. Maturity high judgment negotiation skills ability to influence analytic skills and leadership are essential to success in this role.


Key job responsibilities
Provide end-to-end ownership of your product/initiative vision strategy and execution
Define the roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional teams
Provide clear and concise product/initiative requirements and measurable success criteria
Drive appropriate schedules negotiations and make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality
Use data to influence our business strategy and technical priorities
Escalate when necessary without damaging relationships
Communicate with senior executives as well as with business and technical stakeholders


- Bachelors degree
- 10 years of cross functional product/program delivery experience
- 10 years of managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 10 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 10 years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation standardization and improvement experience

- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
