Key Responsibilities
Review evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with company guidelines and policies
Identify and report inappropriate offensive or harmful content across platforms
Provide feedback to users regarding content violations and offer support as needed
Maintain accuracy and consistency in content moderation tasks
Collaborate with other teams to improve the quality of content and community guidelines
Stay updated on current trends regulations and best practices related to content moderation
Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
Basic understanding of social media platforms and online content guidelines
Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is a plus
EU citizenship or valid work authorization in Portugal
