Your Role:
- Handle incoming calls chats and emails from Czech-speaking customers
- Provide clear accurate and timely support
- Assist with product/service questions and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver top-tier service
What You Bring:
- Fluent Czech and good English (B2)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Athens
- Motivation to join a multicultural fast-paced team
