The eCommerce Services Propositions team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the NEXT online shopping experience. They champion and own the development and evolution of key customer-facing services including our flexible credit offerings convenient delivery subscription and engaging promotional activities. Their focus is on creating and optimising products and streams that add significant value and support a seamless shopping journey for our customers.
About the role:
As a Senior Marketing Executive within the eCommerce Services Propositions team you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of one of our propositions. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels and audiences. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers retaining existing ones and achieving our companys ambitious targets. While rooted in marketing the role goes much further; youll act as the business owner of your proposition. This means youll spearhead and drive innovation and improvements across all facets of the eCommerce business.

- Strategy Development: Own and develop short- and long-term marketing strategies for your service proposition.
- Target Achievement: Deliver on the short- and long-term targets set by the business.
- Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of our campaigns with broader business initiatives.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage system development projects related to your proposition stream - working closely with our UX Tech and Development teams.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and investigate potential commercial opportunities and communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Understand the customer journey and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors and consumers to inform marketing strategies.
- Audience Targeting: Work closely with Data Science and Customer Research to identify and engage with the right audience segments.
- Execution: Seamlessly deliver all projects and campaigns; from working with teams to create all marketing material to navigating approvals handovers and go lives.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising regulations.
