Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process for the Long Term Care division by executing critical recruitment steps on behalf of facilities across Canada. With operational excellence as a top priority the Recruitment Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual that has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports to the HR Manager and works in partnership with the Talent Aquisition Partner to deliver meaningful recruitment support to the business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist with the creation and posting of job requisitions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
  • Participate in recruitment initiatives and interviews as needed
  • Streamline and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process by proactively identifying areas of opportunity

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
