About the role
A new opportunity has come available for an experienced Home Care Project Manager to join ARRCS on a maximum term assignment currently through to 31 December 2025. This role attracts a FTE equivalent salary of $115000 gross PA and reports to the Executive Manager Home Care.
This exciting role will see you lead our regional team of Workforce Coordinators Administrators and System Support Officers which includes tasks such as scheduling payroll and administration across the newly acquired region of APY Lands within rural South Australia. Communities which you will support include Pukatja Pipalyatjara Mimili Kaltjiti Iwantja and Amata.
As the successful candidate you will bring a wealth of knowledge of Home Care package services and ideally have hands on experience within Indigenous / remote communities of Australia. You will have previous experience leading and supporting a remote team and have previous experience and cultural knowledge of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. In addition you must have the ability to regularly travel to remote areas of APY lands travel will be via 4WD and often light aircrafts. You will also be required to regularly overnight in remote communities of Australia.
