Job Description

This is a hybrid role for U.S.-based candidates. We are actively seeking applicants located outside of our current coverage areas (New York City New Jersey Newark Baltimore and Washington DC).
Preferred regions include:

  • West: Los Angeles San Diego Portland Seattle Sacramento Las Vegas etc.

  • Mountain: Denver Phoenix Salt Lake City Boise Colorado Springs etc.

  • Midwest/Central: Chicago Columbus Kansas City Minneapolis Indianapolis etc.

  • South: Atlanta Dallas Houston Miami Raleigh-Durham Nashville etc.

  • East (excluding NYC/NJ/DC): Philadelphia Boston Richmond Hartford etc.


About the Role

Together We Talent is a mission-driven staffing firm built by and for people who believe in equitable hiring purposeful growth and cultural alignment. We re looking for a high-energy resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. You ll be the first line of outreach to new mission-aligned organizations booking qualified discovery calls for our Business Development Managers.

What You ll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn cold email and calls

  • Use Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our CRM to build lead lists and manage follow-up

  • Research companies and identify key contacts (HR Ops and DEI leaders)

  • Write thoughtful tailored messages that reflect our values and voice

  • Set qualified meetings for the BDM team aligned to ideal client profile

  • Collaborate weekly on what s working what s not and iterate accordingly
