Job Summary
The Lead Life Skills Clinician (LSC) provides support navigation and education specific to services provided by the Mobile Crisis Team. They
oversee daily activities of the Mobile Crisis Team such as filling schedule and vacancy needs onboarding new team members providing
oversight of team documentation and fulfilling peer supervision requirements. The Lead LSC facilitates and oversees both individual and
group supervision on a weekly and/or monthly basis per agency and state protocol. They will engage with individuals and families to improve
their health and wellness live self-directive lives and strive to reach their full potential. When the Lead LSC is filling schedule and vacancy
needs they are responsible for conducting crisis response and de-escalation to individuals in the community and via the crisis response
hotline. The team will partner with first responders and community partners to reduce arrests and need for support from emergency
departments. Ongoing support to individuals and families will be given through targeted outreach care coordination and engagement
support.
