Director / Architect of Adobe Launch & Analytics (The Prudential Insurance Company of America Newark NJ)

Evaluate implement and maintain Adobe Experience Cloud solutions via Tag Management systems. Create and maintain documentation on business processes and solution design document for all tagging implementations. Implement best practices across web and app tracking ensure data accuracy is always maintained throughout. Confer with marketing analytics team to analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate business processes to improve existing implementations. Collaborate with product management marketing and fellow technologists to design develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences. Provide technical guidance and be a technical mentor to SCRUM team. Lead the pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities. Drive user story analysis elaboration and design. Ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation. Contribute to high-level architecture and drive low-level design. Champion modular design reuse separation of concern high cohesion and loose coupling. Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards. Enable change help accelerate innovation. Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines. Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems. Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met.


Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week $189592 per year. Benefits incl. medical dental PTO & more.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and 7 years of post-baccalaureate work experience.

Must have 7 years of experience in:

  • Information technology digital marketing analytics or E-commerce industry;
  • Adobe Analytics implementation on web and mobile applications via Tag management systems;
  • Implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud applications (Adobe Analytics Target) using Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK;
  • JavaScript and jQuery in web environments and tag management tools to accommodate custom tracking requirements; and
  • Agile development methodologies and TDD.

Must have 5 years of experience in:

  • Tag management platforms such as Adobe launch/ DTM;
  • Client-side technologies including JavaScript jQuery HTML5 HTL CSS3 SASS Angular 2.0 React/Redux Jasmine Karma JSON XML REST TypeScript ES6 NPM Bower Gulp Grunt and WebPack; and
  • Building reports using Adobe Analytics.

Must have 4 years of experience in:

  • Building omni-channel orchestration and knowledge of WebSDK;
  • Digital Marketing with technologies: Google AdWords Bing Ads or Facebook Campaign Manager; and
  • R programming.

Must have 3 years of experience in backend technologies including Java J2EE Tomcat and REST.
