Who are we looking for
Full-Stack Developer
- Solid experience in full-stack development using TypeScript NestJS and PostgreSQL
- Comfortable working across both frontend and backend with attention to performance and usability
- You enjoy building internal systems that support and accelerate other teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to automate and simplify processes
- Youre a team player communicate clearly and like to contribute ideas
- Very good English skills German or French is a plus
- You want to work on a product that makes a real-world difference in healthcare
not a must but nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps CI/CD or infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with role-based access control logging/monitoring and process automation frameworks
- Previous work on internal developer platforms admin tools or workflow automation systems
