Persona: Agile (20% - 40% Office Based)
Salary: 32007 - 35388 pa (plus ECU payment of 1300*)Depending on experience

As aNew Homes Coordinatoryou will play a key role in delivering high standard home demonstrations for all new build residents upon occupation as part of an efficient customer focussed Aftercare service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a customer facing role and varied workload no two days will be the same! This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who is organised and has a clear and determined approach to problem solving. You will need to have excellent customer service and be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
