Job Description: Urgent Hiring for French or Portuguese Retention Agents & Portuguese Team Leader in Cyprus

We are on the lookout for talented French-Portuguese Retention Agents & Portuguese Team Leader (with team would be preferred) with experience in the FX industry to join our energetic team in Cyprus. If you have a minimum of one year of experience in retention roles within this dynamic field we want to meet you!

Location: Cyprus

Salary: 2500 - 3000 Retention Agent

Salary: Team Leader negotiable

Bonus & Incentives: Competitive and performance-based

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Retain and nurture our FX clients by maintaining strong relationships.

Problem Solving: Address client queries and issues with efficiency and empathy.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance services.

Team Synergy: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a retention agent in the FX industry.

Language Skills: Fluent in French or Portuguese. Additional languages are advantageous!

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment.
