Description
Accounts Receivable Analyst
- Initiate collection calls and follow up on delinquent customer accounts to maintain customer payment habits within established payment terms. Resolve collection issues with customers.
- Work with Sales Customer Service Warehouse Finance etc. as required to minimize receivables invalid deductions and unearned cash discounts.
- Administer customer rebate programs in accordance with policies and procedures. Update system for new programs and changes to existing programs. Review provisions and make necessary adjustments as required. Obtain necessary approval and process payments.
- Assist team members as required to meet departmental deadlines KPIs and objectives.
- Provide back up to Cash Analyst
- Other Duties as assigned
Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Associates degree in accounting Business or related field or minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP system a plus.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
