Job Title:Catering Manager

The Role:
Were looking for aCatering Managerto lead our catering operations and support daily kitchen activities. If you have a passion for food exceptional leadership skills and experience managing events this is your chance to be part of an innovative culinary team that delivers unforgettable experiences. Youll work closely with our Executive Chef help oversee kitchen staff and ensure food quality and guest satisfaction are always top-notch. Youll also play a key role in executing catering orders and special events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen operations: Assist in food preparation cooking inventory management and line management.

  • Supervise the team: Help the Executive Chef oversee kitchen staff ensuring top-tier food safety and quality standards.

  • Manage catering & events: Oversee the preparation and execution of catering orders private events and banquets. Work closely with our Events Department to ensure smooth event coordination.

  • Ensure excellence: Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment.

  • Manager on Duty (MOD): Step in for front-of-house operations when needed ensuring outstanding guest service and operational success.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Experience: 2 years of kitchen management or lead cook experience with catering/banquet service background.

  • Leadership: Strong organizational and communication skills. You should be a leader who can motivate your team and keep operations running smoothly.

  • Adaptability: Must thrive in a fast-paced high-energy environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Certification: Food handler certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire).
