As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for Securance. The role of a receptionist is to create a welcoming environment for the organization its clients and guests while performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pleasant professional high-energy telephone voice
Proven work experience as a receptionist with superior customer service skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
Resourceful and exceptional time management skills
Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work between the hours of 8 am- 4:45 pm; Mon-Fri
Bilingual a plus
Applied Epic a plus
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. at times
