WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Accounts Payable Invoice entering and check issuing
- Update and maintain vendor records
- Communicate with vendors and reconcile accounts as necessary
- Scanning and filing
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 3 years detailed related accounts payable experience - or similar industry accounting experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Microsoft Office knowlege
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
