What Youll Do:
- Source top talent for high-demand roles in construction & restoration (PMs Estimators Supers GCs etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Use creative tools platforms and strategies to fill open positions fast
- Own your desk and run it like your business your hustle your paycheck

Ideal Candidate Has:
- Construction Architecture and Restoration industry experience preferred
- Experience in recruiting staffing or sales (construction industry knowledge is a huge plus!)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A get it done mindset and a thick skin
- Motivation to grow with a startup-minded performance-based agency
