Business Administration Apprentice Customer Success & Social Value (Level 4)

Milton Keynes
Full-Time Apprenticeship (Level 4)
Offering a Salary of:

Over 18yrs: 10.71ph 42.5 hours per week including time at college.

Over 21yrs: 12.21ph - 42.5 hours per week including time at college.

About the role:

Under the guidance of your mentor you will work to given specification to ensure the efficient running of workload within the function providing maximum support to the team and contribute to achieve clear and specific outcomes.

You will have an awareness of both internal and external customers communicating with them effectively and in a professional manner at all times. Be fully committed to Mears Values and be able to demonstrate this at all times.

You will maintain high standards of attendance punctuality and personal appearance both in the workplace and at college to ensure that all relevant work tasks and qualifications are achieved on time as instructed by your line manager and college. Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions to ensure up to date business and job knowledge communication skills & progression are maintained. These may on occasion involve travel outside of the Milton Keynes Office to Mears contracts across the UK.

Social Value

  • Maintain and update a structured searchable log of case studies to support bidding reporting and marketing.

  • Perform monthly data checks and updates in the Social Value Portal to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate the annual Social Value Calendar sourcing content from teams and promoting themes in collaboration with our Comms Team and Network Groups.

  • Design distribute and analyse feedback surveys for community and social value projects.

Customer Success

  • Support the collection and analysis of customer feedback across multiple channels.

  • Assist with the Customer Scrutiny Board helping drive service improvements.

  • Use complaint insights to identify trends and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.

Role Criteria:

  • A-Levels or equivalent (essential); some higher education or work experience is a bonus.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Great communication skills and a genuine interest in making a difference.

  • Self-motivated adaptable and eager to learn.
