About the role
A new opportunity has come available for an experienced Property Project Lead to join ARRCS on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This role attracts an annual salary of $130000 gross PA and reports to the Executive Manager Corporate Services.
This exciting role will see you managing the property and service projects owned and operated by ARRCS. You will be working alongside ARRCS Executive team including the CEO to identify manage and grow opportunities within this scope including federal and state capital funding grants research and submissions. This role will also see you working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure ARRCS reaches their project targets and works within approved timelines budgets. You will also be a subject matter expert on areas including compliance and regulatory guidelines.
As the successful candidate you will bring a strong background in property and facility management. You will hold a tertiary qualification in Project Management (example Prince 2). You will have worked within a project capacity and have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel project scheduling etc.
