(full range for this position - $30 to $32/hr)

About the Role
Leading supervising and coaching a team to foster a culture of diligence accountability and customer satisfaction.
Develop overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations including ongoing and performance plans to meet department metrics.
Conduct orientation programs and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Develop and implement processes and/or operational improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Ensure all consumer touch points occur as intended and are documented in the CRM system.
Ensures that all employees follow the companys best practices for Call Center management and operations.
Oversee Call Center personnel to ensure compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act federal and state Do Not Call statutes and regulations internally and externally.
Assist in developing and implementing future call center vision and strategy.
Key Qualifications
Proven working experience in home improvement call center environment.
6 years of call center environment experience.
3 years of experience in a Call Center managerial or supervisor role.
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
Ability to lead and manage a large team.
Strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on changing demands and deadlines.
Effective corporate communication skills
