Job Description
We are looking for a Heating Site Manager!
Salary: 50000.00 PLUS potential bonus incentives
Location: Wales and South-West England (Travel required with potential for up to 2 nights away per week)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Other: Accommodation arranged & paid
Transport: Company vehicle & fuel card provided
About this role:
As a leader in energy-efficient solutions we provide customers with advanced heating systems including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Hybrid/Combi systems to create greener and more sustainable homes.
Our Heating Site Manager supports our skilled installers in managing the entire upgrade process from replacing radiators and pipe fittings to installing cutting-edge heating systems. Specialising in residential projects.
We take care of all logistics including customer acquisition scheduling detailed job planning material delivery waste management and accommodation arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating day-to-day communications between installation teams and office staff.
- Providing support and guidance to new teams during Air Source Heat Pump installations.
- Upholding quality standards and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Conducting onsite pre-installation training for new teams.
- Collaborating closely with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Review final works for sign-off.
- This role involves 4-days of site-based work & 1-day in our Swansea Head Office typically on Fridays.
Required Skill Set:
At least 1 year Air Source Heat Pump experience
ACS Gas certification (CCN1 CENWAT1 CKR1 & HTR1 - must be in-date).
Unvented and ASHP certifications.
Extensive experience in heating engineering preferably with a focus on Air Source Heat Pumps.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities and motivation to drive teams towards success.
Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Outlook Excel and Google Docs.
A strong work ethic integrity and self-motivation.
