Hiring Opportunity: Columbus OH
Our client is looking looking for a hands-on people-focused Production Line Supervisor to lead daily operations drive quality and safety and motivate a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and rotate a team on the production line.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality.
- Train new operators and ensure safety compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and meet daily goals.
- Keep your area clean efficient and inspection-ready.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in production/manufacturing.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
- Able to lift 40lbs and operate equipment (forklift a plus).
Safety Standards:
- Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including helmets gloves and safety goggles.
- Regular safety drills including fire and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Clearly marked emergency exits and first aid stations.
