JOB TITLE: Cable Assembly - 1st Shift
LOCATION: Orlando FL
PAY RATE: $19.80/hour

Summary:
-
Support the production of electromechanical subassemblies.
-
Hands-on experience with IPC-620 standards and the ability to perform self-inspections follow detailed work instructions and interpret technical drawings.
-
Mechanical and electrical assembly experience-including proper torque application and cable routing-is essential to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED require
-
Proficient with IPC-620 standards including:
-
Crimping open and closed barrel terminals
-
Coax assemblies (e.g. BNCs Virginia Panel Mac Panel)
-
Soldering techniques including solder sleeves daisy chains and splices
-

Ability to perform self-inspections (understand accept/reject criteria)
-
Mechanical and electrical subassembly experience
-
Understanding of torque application (tool setup and usage)
-
Cable routing: bend radius service loops and proper wire dressing
-
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
-
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
