Job Description
Duties:
- Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitor performance for patient care assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
- Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
Skills:
- Seven years of experience is required 5 of which were in a supervisory role
Education:
- RN License - required
- Primary Source Verification - required
- BSN - required
- Masters degree - preferred
Schedule Notes:
- This position is for an Assistant Director of Nursing for House Coverage 10hrs Flex.
- Scheduled time is 10PM - 8AM.
- Staff is required to work Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday
