LOCATION: ARVIN CA.

What you will need:
- Must have at least five years of Human Resource experience and/or have experience in administrative functions.
- Must have 1-3 years with full-cycle recruiting from initial application to final on-boarding.
- Knowledge of application tracking systems and familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks is a must.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher and Outlook.
- Must have excellent organizational interpersonal and people skills.
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented organized and possess good analytical skills.
- Must have a congenial attitude and lead by example.
- Must be dependable and self-directed with the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service skills required including a positive attitude and a professional presence for regular interaction with candidates employees managers and supervisors and co-workers.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Must be bi-lingual English/Spanish with the ability to speak read and write in both.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.
- Must pass background check.
What will set you apart:
- Knowledge of company databases including: UltiPro DocLink GIS Kronos and ICIMs.
- BA or BS degree is preferred.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $23.00 - $27.00 / HOURLY
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.
