The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own initiatives that drive brand awareness program adoption and new business growth. This role is a strategic partner within the organization contributing to business goals and driving the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills strong organizational capabilities and a passion for leading customer-centric projects.
In this role you are responsible for driving the team to deliver on goals by overseeing workbacks tracking performance and driving efficiencies. This position requires a strong understanding of strategic planning operational management and cross-functional management. You look around corners to find solutions and thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Key job responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Drive the adoption of best practices sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results
Manage weekly monthly quarterly marketing business reviews
Analyze evaluate and overcome project risks and produce reports for leadership
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows reduce manual effort and enhance scalability for global campaigns
Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g. SOPs best practices processes)

- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) - Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience with project management software (e.g. Jira Smartsheets Asana) - Marketing automation platform experience
- Experience using customer research hard data and metrics to back up assumptions generate forecasts and assess the efficacy of marketing programs - Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email web analytics and CRM (Marketo Tableau Salesforce etc.) for targeting segmentation reporting for demand generation - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau)
