Position: Junior Account Representative
A Junior Account Representative is the bridge between our clients and our creative team. This entry-level role supports the account management team by maintaining client relationships managing communications and assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns and branding projects. Its a dynamic role ideal for individuals eager to grow in the marketing and client service world.
Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers with daily client interactions and project updates
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure expectations are met
Help track campaign progress timelines and deliverables
Gather and organize client feedback for internal teams
Assist in preparing presentations reports and proposals
Support the coordination of creative assets and marketing materials
Maintain updated records of client activities and requests
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
