REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB TASKS:

  1. Interacting with visitors to ESU 7 - Greet customers and determine their needs.
  2. TelephoneAssisting customers with orders and questions routing multi-line telephone calls.
  3. Safety- Ensuring that the work environment is free of trip hazards. Secure warehouse doors at the end of each work day.
  4. Communicating with Persons Outside OrganizationCommunicating with people outside the organization representing the organization to customers. This information can be exchanged in person in writing or by telephone email or other digital means.
  5. Interacting with ComputersUsing computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to set up functions enter data or process information. This includes: computers to enter access or retrieve data and using word processing spreadsheet and desktop publishing software.
  6. Communicating with Supervisors or PeersProviding information to supervisors co-workers by telephone in written form e-mail or in person.
  7. Performing Clerical ActivitiesPerforming day-to-day clerical tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. This includes: filling out forms maintaining digital calendars processing invoices.
  8. Getting InformationObserving receiving and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  9. Documenting/Recording InformationEntering recording storing or maintaining information in written or electronic form. This includes: verifying time card information.
  10. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal RelationshipsDeveloping constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
  11. Organizing Planning and Prioritizing WorkDeveloping specific goals and plans to prioritize organize and accomplish your work.
  12. Working Directly with the Public This includes staff school personnel and members of the public.
  13. Other duties as assigned.
