Certified Stellantis Team Lead Technician
Ready for a change We are seeking loyal experienced Journeyman Technicians to join our team. No shop has the technology and amenities that our shop has. Call for a walk through. We are happy to show you the shop before the on-boarding interview.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a Chrysler Certified Tech Team Lead to join our team at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians ensuring high-quality service and repairs and upholding the reputation of our dealership. Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check a review of motor vehicle records and verification of social security number. Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman is located in Norman Oklahoma.
Responsibilities:
- Be punctual
- Diagnose problematic vehicles.
- Perform MULTI point inspections and recommendmaintenance
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Chrysler certification is not required but desired.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to abackground check
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
