The National Sales Manager will be directly reporting to the Sales Director.
This role is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals while responsible for the dealer management and sales/market share growth within the designated regional geography in the Middle East and North Africa.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Sales relevant KPI achievement in designated regional markets.
Negotiate and fix with distributors for annual/quarterly/monthly target and sales promotion calendar.
Achieve the wholesale retail target and market share target in time.
Design commercial policy and sales support programs for sales management.
Monitor dealer daily operation performance index including but not limited to CSI SSI Test-driving and manage dealers to take improvement actions if necessary.
Manage dealer network development plan to ensure the achievement of sales target.
Manage sales rundown and plan sales projection.
Make sales analysis of industry and competition performance on a regular basis. 2
Monthly order taking and L/C follow-ups to ensure the accounts receivable payment according to company guidelines.
New market development in responsible region in accordance with corporate procedures and policies.
Daily communication with distributors and support their requirements.
Other tasks required by management.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years sales experience in OEM or Distributor automobile industry as Sales Manager or above.
Bachelors degree or above in related disciplines.
Good communication and written and spoken English & Arabic skills required.
Good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office SAP OA).
