About the role

Join Activs expert team of behaviour support and allied health professionals delivering person-centred value-driven services across WA.
As a new Pre-Core/Core Behaviour Support Practitioner youll work in a flexible hybrid model and receive ongoing support from experienced Proficient and Advanced Practitioners. Well also guide you through your NDIS registration process.

A typical day may include:

  • Conducting person-centred behavioural assessments tailored to individual needs.

  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans aligned with NDIS standards.

  • Training and supporting families staff and stakeholders on behaviour and safety plans.

  • Communicating regularly with managers and the wider Activ team.

  • Meeting team KPIs while delivering high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification such as Nursing Psychology Special Education Speech Pathology Physiotherapy Occupational Therapy Social Work or other related health/community/human services areas.

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate report writing skills

  • A positive contemporary attitude and a commitment to maximise quality of life for people with disability.
