About the role:

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner you will be part of Australias largest positive behaviour support team with over 300 practitioners providing positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan.

This will involve:

  • Working with the clients whole system of supports
  • Playing an integral part in contributing to clients goals and quality of life
  • Observing and assessing clients behaviours of concern
  • Creating behaviour support plans and implementation plans
  • Implementing your plan as well as monitoring and reviewing

What are we looking for

  • Tertiary Qualifications in an allied health human science or education field such as psychology behaviour analysis (BCBA) social work teaching/early childhood care social sciences criminology counselling occupational therapy speech therapy or nursing
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
  • Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS Working with Children Police Check)
