Job Description

Purpose

Leads and coordinates teams to ensure the successful execution of high-impact projects collaborating with global stakeholders to meet objectives within time and budget constraints. Defines project direction manages dependencies tracks progress mitigates risks and drives continuous improvement through post-project reviews documentation and training initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates teams and resources to ensure the successful execution and delivery of high-impact projects driving strategic objectives.
  • Works collaboratively with global stakeholders to ensure projects deliver against objectives will deliver value and are completed in time and within budget.
  • Applies suitable project management methodologies tailored to the needs of the project including appropriate governance and decision making.
  • Defines and communicates project direction approach priorities issues and status to project stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation including business cases plans budgets status reports and post-project reviews.
  • Manages all project resources including identifying and managing third party suppliers as needed to deliver against project objectives.
  • Reviews dependencies across multiple large-scale projects to minimise risks and delays working with other projects in the portfolio.
  • Reviews project progress identifies potential risks and issues and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Leads comprehensive post-project reviews to extract actionable insights identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Contributes to the continuous development and improvement of project management methodologies processes and solutions including delivering training.
  • Uses project management tools and software to track timelines resources and deliverables effectively.

Your experience

  • Several years experience in leading project teams in a global professional services firm preferably in the legal sector.
  • Track record of collaborating with global stakeholders to meet objectives within time and budget constraints.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to leverage project management tools and software effectively.

Qualifications

  • Formal project management training such as PRINCE2 PMP APMQ or Agile.
