We are looking for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Platform Property Care Commercial team where youll play a key role in providing financial and budgetary control ensuring that income and costs are correct.
In this role youll be responsible for ensuring the correct income is claimed and expenditure aligns with material suppliers terms monitoring and auditing of supplier and subcontract invoices producing estimates and quotations (including NHF SORs) at attending Stakeholder meetings where required.

While this role is home-based you should be able to travel to our Worcester or Solihull offices for training and meetings and be able to visit sites across our property portfolio when required including locations such as Lincolnshire.
