We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts excellence compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.
We are actively sourcing two (2) experienced People Partners to join St Vincents. Reporting to the Head of People Partnering you will provide consistent advice and support to managers and employees regarding all people related matters. Your role will offer guidance on case management of matters regarding workforce procedures such as grievances misconduct and performance improvement and assist your peers and key stakeholders in change management initiatives. With a high degree of attention to detail you will interpret and advise on policy directives Enterprise Agreements and relevant legalisation.
These positions are 12-month contract roles with a Full Time position based in Melbourne and a Part Time (2 days per week) position based in Toowoomba.
