The Role of Client Account Manager
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining high service standards developing strong working relationships with client representatives and driving account performance.
You will act as the key interface between Trinity and its customers ensuring all maintenance and project work is delivered to the highest standards in line with agreed KPIs and service levels. This role plays a vital part in ensuring client retention and identifying opportunities for additional value through improved service and new work streams.
