Job Description
OHB Sweden is a leading company in the space industry dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and manage procurements for one of our key projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all procurement activities for a specific project ensuring that all units are delivered on time within budget and meet the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the projects objectives.
- Identify and qualify new suppliers for critical components conduct market analysis and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms pricing and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and policies maintaining transparency on procurement status issues and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Office and Engineering teams to support project needs and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement preferably in the aerospace or high-tech industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
