We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our health & nutritional supplement products. This role is ideal for a mid-level marketing professional with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness product adoption and sales growth within the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical market. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry landscape regulatory requirements and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

* Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

* Define target audiences and develop effective messaging and positioning.

* Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.

Product Marketing:

* Develop and execute product launch plans including sales collateral training materials and promotional activities.

* Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and market positioning.

* Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing & Communications:

* Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.

* Create and manage website content and online presence.

* Develop and execute communication strategies to engage with healthcare professionals consumers and other stakeholders.

* Manage webinars and online educational content.

Sales Support & Collaboration:

* Develop and deliver sales tools and training materials.

* Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute promotional programs.

* Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the companys products.

Regulatory Compliance:

* Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines (e.g. FDA FTC).

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Vendor Management:

* Manage relationships with marketing agencies vendors and other external partners.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical market including regulatory requirements and customer needs.

* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

* Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Experience with CRM platforms.

* Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.

* Experience with product launch planning and execution.

* Experience with medical education or CME programs.

* Experience with a startup environment.
